I am dedicated social worker and program coordinator with a strong commitment of serving disadvantaged youth and adults, including homeless, emancipated youth and special needs population. Compasionate leader with carrer chronicled by well earned success in evolving path breaking initiatives. Diligent leader, Planner and Vissionary offering progressive experience in managing all facts of Social, Legal, Political and community devolopment in the past 29 years.

WORK EXPERIENCE
- Progressed through a series of promotions, culminating in responsibility fot the coordination of five transitional housing programs. Supervise 12 workers, case managers, group facilators and direct care staff. Devolope and maintain community alliances with state agencies, police departments and youth service pragrams.
- Acheived 92% client enrollments in college and job training programs 12% above goals.
Led turnaround of emancipated youth program from a 62% to a 10% monthly trunover rate. Motivated participants to earn high school diplomas, enroll in college or secure employment. - Devoloped proposal and delivered
persentation that won Rs 100,000 grant to renovate one of the agency’s Single Room
Occupancy (SRO) facility. - Acquired licence that allowed agency to provide housing to emancipated youth with children. Retrofitted facility with childproof safety features and launched child care program.
- Served on interdisciplinary team providing case management for consumer house in 3 community group homes. Developed weekly programs and maintained documentation to fulfil funding source requirements.
- Designed and implemented innovative programs benifitting consumers (ages 21 to
75) and enhancing their social skills and self esteem. - Launched an on going event agenda that included Circles Program, holiday and celebrations, current events discussion groups, voting tips and ommunity excursions. Facilated supportive services and counselling for family members to address special concerns and ease the transition during holiday home visits.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
Worked closely with social services and senior team members to define goals and priorities for the Social Work team accross social services, training sevices, research and advocacy for each year.
Manage the delivery and quality of exsisting services.
Coceptualize new programs that the team can take on as well as plan and deliver programms meant for scale.
Determine and implement ways for incorporating the feedback and inputs of children, families, and trainees in the various programs.
Work closely with other social and training teams to ensure the Social Work team's programs are coordinated and aligned with the overall direction of the organization.
Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members; plan and manage recruitment of new staff in line with strategic priorities.
Work closely with the monitoring & evaluation (ME) team to ensure accurate and up-to-date data collection, analysis, and reporting of the Social Work team's work.
Be aware of funding status for the Social Work team's programs and provide inputs for proposals and donor reports.
Work closely with other shared services teams such as HR, IT, Finance, Admin towards effective delivery of Social Work Services.
